摘要
学生环境保护意识的培养是法学教育的重要目标,也是法律生态化的要求和体现。当前法学教育中对培养学生环境保护意识的重视不够,缺乏相关的具体规定而有随意性,局限在环境保护法等课程的范围内,教学方式上也存在较多不足。学生环境保护意识的培养不仅仅是环境法教学的任务,在整个法学教育中都需要贯彻环境保护的理念,并在教学目的、任务、计划等方面做出具体的规定和安排,在案例教学以及实践环节加以落实和贯彻。
The cultivation of students of environ- mental protection is the important goal of law education, and also the requirement and embodiment of law ecology. Due to the lack of attention to the cultivation of students＇ awareness of environmental protection, the. lack of specific provisions related to arbitrary, limited to the scope of environmental protection law, there are some deficiencies in the teaching methods of the current legal education. The cuhivation of students of environmental protection is not only the task of environmental law teaching. All the law education needs to carry out the idea of environmental protection, and make specific stipulations and arrangement in teaching purpose, task and plan, so as to implement in case teaching and practice.
