摘要
为了解决采用传统方法设计的自动络筒机摆动握臂式防叠机构筒锭端部摆动幅度过大的问题,利用Pro/E与ANSYS Workbench的协同优化功能对机构进行优化设计,得到最优设计点,以减小摆动握臂式防叠机构筒锭端部的摆动幅度,并与经验设计的结构参数进行比较分析。研究结果表明:优化后的筒锭端部摆动幅度减少82%左右,满足摆动握臂式防叠机构筒锭端部摆动幅度不大于5mm的要求。
Aiming at too large of cylinder ingot end of the swing amplitude in swing grip arm anti- overlapping mechanism,it designs a new automatic winding machine,optimizes the anti- overlapping mechanism with collaborative function of Pro / E and ANSYS Workbench. The optimal design reduces the swing amplitude of swing grip arm anti- overlapping mechanism. It compares the optimal project with the structural parameters depend on experience. The results indicate that the new design reduces the swing amplitude about eighty- two percent and meets the winding requirements.
