摘要
对具有代表性的航空发动机附件机匣结构设计方法进行研究,分析了附件机匣内壳体、齿轮、轴承等重要零部件结构特点,总结各部件长期使用中出现过的故障和问题,提出工程应用优化的结构使用建议,为高可靠性附件机匣设计提供参考。
The research of the representative aero engine accessory gearbox structure design method and the analysis of the structure characteristics of the important components including the casings,gears and bearings are accomplished. The failures and questions occurred in the accessory gearbox components used for a long term are summarized,the applying suggestion of engineering application optimized structures are proposed,which contributes to the reference of high reliability accessory gearbox design.
