摘要
再制造是实现废旧产品资源利用的有效途径,也是支撑社会可持续发展的技术手段。提出了精益再制造生产的内涵及特点,分析了精益再制造生产的目标及特征表现,概述了面向资源节约的精益再制造生产管理技术体系及可行的实施方法,以期为提升再制造资源效益和生产效率提供参考。
Remanufacturing is the important measure for saving resource, also is the technology method for supporting society sustainable developmenlLLean Remanufacturing connotation and its features were put forward, and its production target and characteristic were analyzed, then the lean remanufacturing production management technology system and execution methods for saving resource were given, which provides a reference for building lean remanufaeturing production mode and enhancing remanufacturing efficiency.
