大跨梭形桁架预应力拉杆施工过程分析及监测 被引量:1

摘要 大跨空间结构预应力拉杆的施工通常有地面拼装、高空补装以及高空补张拉,预应力张紧工程的控制也是钢拉杆施工的重点和难点。现有施工过程采用分批反复张拉,采用有限元分析施工过程,寻找一次张拉即可以满足最终所需张拉目标的张拉方案。使用ANSYS有限元计算分析软件模拟分析了拉杆的整个施工过程中的内力变化情况,全过程分析张拉顺序,最终张拉方案的确定以及施工过程中对钢拉杆的检测并对有限元模型结果与实测数据对比。 The construction of large span space structure with pre-stressed rod includes the construction on the ground, at the upper and the high altitude. Existing construction process usually pulls rods in batches repeatedly. In this paper, with the finite element analysis of the construction process, to find a way to meet the needs of the end of the final required state at one pull. Using ANSYS finite element analysis software to simulate the internal force changes in the whole construction process, the whole process analysis of the tension sequence, the final tension scheme and the construction process of the steel rod detection and comparison of the results of the finite element model and measured data.
