摘要
主要研究垃圾焚烧灰作为辅助胶凝材料制成的复合轻质保温板物理、力学性能,包括复合板墙的设计、生产工艺以及相关性能的试验研究。通过对复合板墙的合理性设计,阐述复合板墙的设计要点、制备工艺流程、试验试件的选取、试验装置的选择、试验数据的分析模拟等,对节能型复合板墙的工程应用可行性进行充分论证,以期对后期垃圾焚烧灰资源化综合利用技术的不断革新提供一定的理论性依据。
This paper researched physical and mechanical properties of waste incineration ash used as auxiliary cementitious materials of composite lightweight insulation board, including the design, manufacture technology and related properties. According to the rationality design of compound wall, this paper expounded the key points of design, preparation process, the selection of test specimen, choice of test apparatus, test data analysis of the simulation, demostrated fully the feasibility of the application of energy saving composite wall, which provided certain theoretical basis for comprehensive utilization of waste incineration ash melting technologies of continuous innovation.
