摘要
为满足预制构件实际生产需要,提高生产效率并节约成本,使用普通硅酸盐水泥(OPC)和低碱硫铝酸盐水泥(SAC)配制了便于施工、满足早强早脱模要求且免蒸养的OPC-SAC体系混凝土。试验结果表明,SAC占水泥总量10%~25%时,该混凝土的施工性能良好,10h抗压强度≥15MPa,28d抗压强度>36MPa。
To meet the practical production requirements of precast concrete member, improving production efficiency and saving cost, OPC-SAC concrete was prepared with ordinary portland cement (OPC) and low-alkali sulpho-alnminate cement (SAC), aiming to be demoulded earlier with easy construction, high early strength and autoclaving-free maintenance properties. The research indicated that when SAC accounted for 10% - 25% of the cement, the concrete had good workability while its 10h- strength was no less than 15MPa and its 28d-strength was greater than 36MPa.
