摘要
BIM技术从工程项目初步设计到施工图设计、施工建造及运营维护,各个阶段的模型信息能够不断完善并无损传递,BIM与GIS的深度集成可使BIM模型中的信息在设计阶段、建造阶段以及运维阶段实现微观与宏观信息的整合和全面共享,大大提高了基于GIS技术的城市地下管网规划与管理、环境监测与评价、灾害预警与损失评估等应用和分析的智慧化程度。以高校校园地下管网为例,重点分析了BIM技术与GIS技术的集成应用。
BIM technology makes it possible to capture additional information throughout the design, construction and operation phases of the building lifeeycle, resulting in a data-rich, object-oriented, intelligent representation of the facility. Deep integration of BIM and GIS can realize the truly integration and comprehensive sharing of micro and macro information, which greatly improves the intelligence of application and analysis of urban underground pipeline network planning and management, environmental monitoring and evaluation, disaster prewarning and loss assessment based on GIS technology. Based on the campus underground pipeline this paper emphatically analyzes the integrated application of BIM and GIS.
