载银二氧化钛抗菌涂层气管导管的抗真菌性能研究 被引量:3

Study on antifungal property of antimicrobial coated endotracheal tube with silver loaded titanium dioxide

摘要 目的研究载银二氧化钛(Ag-TiO_2)抗菌涂层气管导管的抗真菌性能,并确定最合适的抗菌剂浓度,为后续试验提供依据。方法试验分为9组(5%组、2%组、1.5%组、1%组、0.8%组、0.6%组、0.2%组、常规导管组和空白组),采用菌液浸渍法测定各组对2株白色念珠菌(氟康唑敏感株和耐药株)的抑菌性能。结果 1%及以上浓度组均基本抑制了2株白色念珠菌的生长,抑菌率在90%以上;0.8%组对白色念珠菌有比较明显的抑制效果,抑菌率低于1%组又高于0.6%组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);常规导管组、0.6%组、0.2%组与空白组相比较,抑菌率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论本课题组研制的抗菌涂层气管导管具有明显的抗真菌性能,且对敏感和耐药菌株的抑制能力相似,Ag-TiO_2最佳浓度为1%。 Objective To study the antifungal property of antimicrobial coated endotracheal tube with silver loaded titanium di- oxide, and determine the most suitable concentration of antimicrobial agents, so as to provide basis for the following experiment. Methods The samples were divided into 9 groups(5% group, 2% group, 1.5% group, 1% group, 0.8% group, 0.6% group, O. 2% group, common catheter group, blank group) in this experiment. The antibacterial activity to two strains of Can- dida albicans (fluconazole susceptible and resistant strains ) was determined by the bacterial fluid immersion method. Results The groups of 1% and above basically inhibited the growth of two strains of Candida albicans, and the antibacterial rate was above 90% ; the 0.8% group had obvious inhibition effect on Candida albicans, and the inhibition rate was lower than 1% group and higher than 0.6% group, with the differences statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; there was no statistical signifi- cance on the difference of inhibition rates among common catheter group, 0. 6% group, 0.2% group and the blank group( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The antimicrobial coated endotracheal tube has obvious antifungal properties, and the inhibition ability to the sensitive and resistant strains are similar, the best concentration of Ag - TiO2 was 1%.
