摘要
在三方寻租博弈模型的基础上,对地方政府和中央政府监管部门两者的行为策略选择进行动态演化分析,利用复制动态方程和雅可比矩阵探究演化稳定策略。同时,运用MATLAB模拟三种情况下的演化稳定策略并仿真内生变量对地方政府和中央政府监管部门最终行为策略的具体影响状况。综合分析影响博弈系统演化过程和演化稳定的因素,提出针对房地产开发寻租行为的治理建议。
On the basis of the three party rent seeking game model, the dynamic evolution analysis was made on the behavior strategy choice of the local government and the regulatory authorities, and the evolutionary stable strategy was analyzed by using the dynamic equation and Jacobi matrix. Then the evolutionary stable strategies of the three cases were simulated by using MATLAB. It sinulated the ESS of the three cases and the specific impact of the endogenous variables on the final behavior strategy of the local government and the regulatory authorities. Finally, It not only analyzed the factors that affected the evolution of the game system, but also put forward the management suggestions for the rent seeking behavior of real estate development.
