摘要
建设封闭住宅小区,已建成的住宅小区和单位大院要逐步开放。而封闭小区逐步开放,将对道路通行带来一系列影响。通过谷歌定位搜索,文章选取北京市某全封闭、半开放、全开放3类小区相应地主、次干路和支路分别进行研究,确立路网密度、交叉口间距平均值、非直线系数、网络环通指数和连接度、路网饱和度、安全性6项组成小区开放对周边道路通行影响的评价体系。封闭小区开放后,周边道路的通行状况在空间和时间上均是离散的,文章从道路车辆的密度、流量和平均速度3个方面考虑,建立宏观交通流动力学模型。运用Matlab进行仿真模拟。经检验,当封闭小区开放时,拥堵状况会得到缓解。
Closed residential districts which have been built up are to be open graudually, which will have a series of impacts on roads. Through Google search by location, this paper selects the main street, minor road and branch road of the closed, semi open, open residental districts in Beijing city respectively, establishes network density, average intersection spacing, non-linear coefficient, index and connectivity of ring network, network saturability, and security as a small evaluation system. After opening, the surrounding road traffic conditions are discrete in time and space. The paper establishes macro traffic flow dynamics model from the aspects of the road vehicle density, flow rate and average speed, and apply Matlab simulation. The test shows that the congestion will be alleviated when the closed area are opened.
