摘要
介绍了蒽醌法制过氧化氢工艺流程中主要设备氢化塔、氧化塔和萃取塔的设计;随生产工艺的改进和生产规模的不断扩大,为满足生产要求,详细叙述了上述3塔体积及内件设计的发展进程。
The designs of main tower equipment including hydrogenation tower, oxidation tower and extraction tower in the anthraquinone process for hydrogen peroxide production are introduced. With the improvement of the production technology and the gradual enlargement of the production capacity, in order to meet the requirements of production, the development course of the volume and internal part designs of above-mentioned three towers is emphatically described.
