侵及颅神经及马尾神经的神经淋巴瘤病1例报告 被引量：2

摘要 患者男性，43岁，因双下肢麻木、无力、胀痛，并进行性加重一月余，于2015年1月27日入院。查体：神志清，精神差。计算力、理解力、记忆力、定向力稍差。眼睑下垂：左（＋），右（-）。眼球位置：左偏向颞侧，右居中。瞳孔：左3mm，右3mm。直接对光反射：左迟钝，右迟钝。间接对光反射：左迟钝，右迟钝。调节反射：不能完成。复视：（＋）。双眼水平、上下方向活动受限，左侧为著。鼻唇沟：左变浅，右正常。
