摘要
通过分析定点医院在医疗收费管理中的矛盾问题,以期解决因物价政策不掌握或滞后于医疗技术发展、各地各类医保政策差异大,成本价格倒挂以及逐利行为驱使带来的挑战与管理重点,从建立培训机制、完善信息系统、加强沟通交流、健全制度机制等方面探讨举措,营造和形成培训与管理并重、自律与他律联动、传统手段与科技手段互相促进的局面,规范医疗收费行为。
Through analysing the contradiction problems of the medical charge management in the designated hospitals so as to solve the key challenges and management problems such as that driven because the price policy does not grasp or lag behind the development of medical technology,medical insurance policy differences around the kinds of regions, as well the cost price upside down and profit. This paper discusses related measures based on establish ment of training mechanism and improve ment of information system,strengthening communication and completing the system mechanism,so that to create the situation of training and management, self-discipline and heteronomy of traditional and technology means in order to promote each other to standardize medical charge.
