鼻型结外NK/T细胞淋巴瘤误诊蜂窝织炎5例 被引量：1

摘要 鼻型结外NK/T细胞淋巴瘤是中国常见的非霍奇金淋巴瘤[1],多累及鼻腔并向面部中线侵犯,引起受侵组织溃疡坏死,具有恶性程度高、发展迅猛、破坏性大,诊断治疗难等特点。皮肤也是其常见的侵犯部位,由于面部皮肤皮下组织疏松,瘤细胞侵犯后,局部表现高度充血、肿胀、疼痛,部分伴有高热,症状极为类似炎性表现,引起误诊、漏诊。现将就诊于笔者所在科的5例误诊病例报告如下。
