摘要
近年来,肺结核感染率迅速上升,严重危害着人类的健康和生活质量,其治疗也越来越受到重视。结核病是由结核分枝杆菌(MTB)引起的慢性细胞内感染,MTB是结核病致病病原菌,研究表明,Th1/Th2细胞因子在宿主防御MTB中起着至关重要的作用。随着科学技术的发展,人们发现了一种新的细胞维持生存的途径——自噬,它是一种实现细胞本身的代谢需要和某些细胞器的更新的过程。在MTB感染过程中,Th1/Th2细胞极化对自噬的影响尤为重要。故对结核感染与细胞自噬的关系以及Th1、Th2与细胞自噬的关系进行总结,并对结核感染后巨噬细胞自噬以及Th1、Th2对结核的免疫作用等知识做了概括。以期指导临床结核感染与细胞自噬的进一步研究,并为通过调节Th1、Th2进而调控自噬来达到抗结核的目的提供理论依据。
In recent years,the infection rate of pulmonary tuberculosis has been increasing rapidly,it has seriously impacted the health and life quality of human,thus which has been subject to more and more people's attention. Tuberculosis is a chronic infection caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis (MTB). The research shows that Th1/Th2 plays an important role in the host defense MTB. With the development of science and technology, people have found a new way to maintain the survival of the cells. In the course of MTB infection,the polarization of Th1/Th2 cells is very important for autophagy of macrophage. In this paper,the relationship between Th2,Thl and autophagy,and the relationship between Thl ,Th2 and autophagy is summarized,in order to provide a theoretical basis for regulating the Thl and Th2,further autophagy,so attain anti-tuberculosis.
