摘要
为了提高油田井场安全生产环境和加强野外井场的精准管理要求,需要提供野外井场清晰度较高的实时视频,提出了一种基于无线4G技术的远程网络视频传输技术设计方案,应用于野外油田井场监控系统中。该系统通过现场采集设备实现井场的视频采集并上传到服务器,通过4G网络与Internet连接。本文对系统结构设计,现场需求说明,主要功能设备等关键技术进行了介绍,整套系统实现了对偏远地区井场的安全监控。该系统目前在新疆某油田已经部署完成,通过试验运行证明,系统性能稳定、信息无线采集与传输、远程可视化监控均达到设计需求,并且系统具有未来的可扩展性,总体性能达到了油田现场实际需求。
In order to increase the safe production environment of oilfield and strengthen accurate field well site management , real-time clear video of field well site is needed , remote network video transmission technology is proposed based on 4G wireless technology for oil field well site monitoring system .In this system, the oil filed videos are acquired by field acquisition equipments and uploaded to the servers through the 4G network connecting to the Internet. This paper introduces the system architecture design, field oil site design requirement, the key technologies of main devices ,the whole system realizes monitoring to security of the remote oil field areas. Presently the development of the system has been completed and reserved spaces for further expansion and optimization in an oilfield in Xinjiang.
