摘要
目的为了解荆门市公众和麻风病密切接触者中麻风病防治核心知识的知晓情况,评估和指导现场麻风病健康教育和促进工作,为《湖北省消除麻风病危害规划(2011-2020年)》中期和终期评估提供科学的依据。方法对荆门市东宝区、掇刀区、漳河新区部分城镇居民、农村居民、中学生和麻风病密切接触者进行问卷调查。结果核心知识知晓率为68.90%,单一核心信息知晓率为75.73%。结论荆门市麻风病知识宣教工作重点要在中小学校,必须重视麻风病免费治疗政策宣传和提高早期症状知晓率。
Objective To learn the core knowledge popularization in the general public esp.those close contacts with leprosy patients,evaluate and guide the onsite leprosy healthcare education and promotion,thus to provide scientific basis for the mid-term and final evaluation of Hubei Leprosy Eliminating Planning（2011-2020）.Methods Questionnaire survey on part of urban and rural residents including middle and high school students and close contacts of leprosy patients in Dongbao,Duodao and Zhanghe New Area.Results The popularization degree of core knowledge is68.9%,while that of the single core knowledge is 75.73%.Conclusion Leprosy knowledge education in Jingmen shall focus on primary and middle school.Leprosy free treatment propaganda shall be valued to prevent and detect symptoms earlier.
