摘要
目的了解磷酸生产过程中产生的有害因素对生产作业工人的健康影响,完善职业健康监护。方法按照相关国家标准规范,对主要岗位进行职业有害因素监测及生产作业工人的职业健康体检并分析结果。结果职业有害因素监测结果总体较好,但有个别岗位监测结果超标。体检发现工人有呼吸道及皮肤刺激症状,且随工龄延长,有工人出现牙齿及下颌骨损害情况。结论该公司需按国家职业病防治法等相关规定,加强对生产中有害因素进行有效控制及对工人健康的监护。
Objective To understand the health effects of harmful factors in the process of phosphoric acid production,perfect occupational health monitoring.Methods In accordance with the relevant national standards.occupational health examination of occupational hazardous factors monitoring and production workers,analytic the results.Result The monitoring results of occupational harmful factors was well.Some workers have respiratory and skin irritation symptoms,and delay in length of service.some workers have teeth and mandible damage.Conclusion The company needs to be in accordance with the relevant provisions of the national occupational disease prevention and control,strengdien the effective control of harmful factors in production and to monitor the health of workers
