PDC-孕镶块混合齿钻头同轨布齿出露高差试验优选

OPTIMIZATION TEST ON RELATIVE TEETH-EXPOSURE HEIGHT IN THE SAME ORBIT OF PDC/IMPREGNATED-INSERT COMPOSITE BIT

摘要 PDC-孕镶块混合齿钻头具有破岩效率高和使用寿命长的双重优点。设计了一种前排PDC齿与后排孕镶块同轨布置的混合齿钻头进行破岩实验,探究PDC齿和孕镶块不同出露高差对破岩效率的影响,并与常规双排齿PDC钻头进行了对比。试验结果表明,当前后排齿出露高差小于1 mm时,双排齿PDC钻头破岩效率高于混合齿钻头破岩效率;当出露高差大于1 mm时,混合齿钻头破岩效率高于双排齿PDC钻头。用经过出露高差优选的全尺寸混合齿钻头和常规PDC钻头进行现场试验,结果表明混合齿钻头的平均机械钻速比常规PDC钻头的平均机械钻速提升了41.9%,单只进尺提高了36.9%。混合钻头取得了较好的现场试验效果,并为PDC-孕镶块混合齿钻头的设计提供了充分的依据。 PDC/impregnated-insert composite bit has the advantages of high rock breaking efficiency and long working life. One type of composite bit with PDC cutters in front and diamond impregnated inserts behind in the same arrangement orbit was developed to do the rock breaking experiment to study theinfluence of the relative exposure height between PDC cutters and impregnated inserts on the rock breaking efficiency,and comparison was made between the composite bit and the conventional PDC bits with double-row teeth. The results showed that the ROP of composite bits and PDC bits got decreased as the relative exposure height increased. But when the relative exposure heights less than 1mm,the PDC bit's rock breaking efficiency was higher than that of the composite bit. When the relative exposure height was more than 1mm,the composite bit 's rockbreaking efficiency was higher than that of PDC bit. Full size composite bit with optimum relative teeth exposure height was used at North China oilfield. The test showed that in comparison with conventional PDC bit the average ROP of composite bit has increased by 41. 9%,the single bit footage increased by 36.9%. The composite bit proved high performance during field test,which would be a sufficient basis for composite bit design.
