摘要
目的探讨中西医结合疗法在脑梗死中的应用效果。方法选取我院收治的72例脑梗死患者,随机分为对照组与观察组各36例。对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察组在此基础上采用中医综合疗法。结果观察组总有效率为94.4%,远高于对照组的80.6%(P<0.05);观察组治疗后神经功能缺损评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗脑梗死疗效显著,值得推广应用。
Objective To observe the curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy for cerebral infarction.Methods Seventy-two patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was treated by routine western medicine,and the observation group applied the TCM comprehensive therapy.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.4%,which was higher than 80.6% in the control group（P〈0.05）.The neurological deficit score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine for cerebral infarction is significant,which is worthy of promotion.
