摘要
采用数值模拟的方法研究了升降式止回阀流道直径、中腔直径、导向直径及导向结构对阀门流阻的影响,通过分析不同情况下介质在阀门内的压力分布及流速分布,得知造成流阻的主要原因有流体漩涡、流速分布不均及流速梯度大。为了减小升降式止回阀的流阻,阀门设计时应优先采用阀盖导向结构,并设计较大的流道直径、中腔直径及导向直径。
The influences of flow channel diameter,cavity diameter,guide diameter and guide structure on the flow resistance of lift check valve were studied by numerical simulation. It could be concluded that the main reasons causing the flow resistance were fluid vortex, uneven velocity distribution and large velocity gradient by analyzing the pressure distribution and velocity distribution of the medium in the valve under different conditions. In order to reduce the flow resistance of the lift check valve, the valve design should give priority to the valve cover guide structure,and design a larger flow channel diameter, cavity diameter and guide diameter.
