Innovative work mechanism In the innovation-driven era, a robust standardization work mechanism for product innovation can not only cultivate the capabiLity of innovation but also guarantee the realization. To this end, CRRC Sifang has established a committee chaired by its general manager and a sound manage- ment system to support standardization work. The company has also set up an integrated techni- caL innovation system supported by technical centers and laboratories to strengthen R＆D capabil- ity by accumulating core technoLogies and knowLedge through standards.
