摘要
水钢3号高炉（有效容积1350m3）自2004年9月开炉后备项生产技术指标不断提高，炉况在近两年的时间里稳定顺行。2016年7月15日，因西铁口区域冷却壁损坏，需对西铁口处两块冷却壁进行更换，7月28日开始高炉进行了四天检修，本文对此次休风及妒况恢复进行总结，为今后长期休风提供借鉴。
Various productive and technological indexes of No.3 blast furnace with 1350 m3 in Shuigang had been improved continuously since its blowing-in in September in 2004. The furnace condition was stable and smooth ha the last 2 years. However, cooling wall at west tap hole broke down on July 15 in 2016, two pieces of cooling wall must be replaced, so the blast furnace had been repaired for 4 days since July 28 in 2016. The damping-down and furnace condition recovery were summarized ha this article to provide reference for long time damping-down in the future.
