摘要
采用二次再热技术的超超临界机组,是燃煤机组中技术含量与运行效率较高的大容量机组。在二次再热燃煤机组中,高压加热器和蒸汽冷却器是工程配套中重要的辅机设备。介绍了二次再热系统中高压加热器及蒸汽冷却器的结构设计,以及对特殊材料的选用,并提出了确保设备安全运行的主要措施。
Ultra supercritical unit with double reheat technology is a large capacity unit with high technical content and high operating efficiency in the coal-fired unit. High pressure heater and steam cooler is an important auxiliary equipment in engineering supporting of double reheat coal-fired unit. The structure design of the high pressure heater and the steam cooler in the double reheat system and the selection of the special materials are introduced in this paper, and the main measures to ensure the safe operation of the equipment are also put forward.
