基层社会治理作为党的基层工作的一部分,与党的基层执政能力息息相关。基层党组织在发挥传统政治优势的同时,根据新形势需要,要加大与基层社会的广泛联系,拓展其社会服务性与社会公共性范围,实现党的基层社会治理能力的有效提升。
