摘要
采用微波辅助湿化学结合后退火的方法制备了由锐钛矿相纳米颗粒组装而成的分级微/纳结构TiO_2微球.通过退火温度的调控可以对TiO_2微球的结构参数(包括晶粒尺寸、比表面积、孔径和相组成)进行精细调控.进一步的研究表明,TiO_2微球结构参数对其最终的光催化性能影响较大,600℃退火样品表现出其最高的光催化活性,高于商用的P25TiO_2近3倍.分析表明,该优异的光催化性能得益于其优良的结晶度、相对高的比表面积和丰富的介孔结构.
Hierarchical micro / nanostructured TiO_2 microspheres composed of anatase nanoparticles were fabricated by a microwave-assisted wet-chemical combined with post annealing method. The structural parameters( including particle sizes,specific surface areas,pore sizes and phase composition) of the TiO_2 microspheres could be finely tuned by the annealing temperature. Further study indicated that those structural parameters had a great effect on the final photo catalytic performance,and the TiO_2 microspheres annealed at 600 ℃ showed the highest photo catalytic activity,exceeding that of commercial P25TiO_2 for nearly three times,due to its excellent crystallinity,relative high specific surface area and abundant mesopores.
