摘要
外包U形钢混凝土组合梁是一种新兴的组合梁形式,该组合梁承载力的计算是组合梁应用的前提和基础。文章基于塑性理论和叠加原理对完全抗剪连接外包U形钢混凝土组合梁正、负弯矩作用下的极限受弯承载力、竖向抗剪承载力以及纵向抗剪和纵向抗滑移承载力的计算进行理论研究,探讨组合梁各承载力的计算方法,建立了相应承载力的计算公式,并通过试验验证了公式的适用性。结果表明:提出的极限受弯承载力计算公式可以较好地预测组合梁的受弯承载力;组合梁竖向抗剪承载力的计算为U形钢侧板和U形钢内混凝土两部分承载力的叠加;提出的组合梁纵向抗剪和纵向整体抗滑移的计算方法和公式,能保证组合梁在弯曲破坏之前不会发生纵向水平剪切破坏和纵向整体滑移破坏。
As a new type of composite beam,calculating the bearing capacity of U-section steelencased concrete composite beam is the premise and foundation for the application of the beam.According to the plastic theory and the superposition principle,the calculation method of ultimate bending capacity under positive and negative moment,vertical shearing capacity,longitudinal shearing capacity as well as longitudinal sliding capacity for the beam were theoretically studied,and the calculation formula were established.The results calculated by the formula and the experimental data were compared to prove the applicability of the formula.The results show that the formula can be used to predict the ultimate bending capacity of the composite beam.The vertical shearing capacities for the beam are composed of two parts,one is that of the web for U-section steel,the other is that of the filled-concrete in U-section steel.The calculation methods of longitudinal shearing capacity as well as longitudinal sliding capacity is feasible,which can prevent the longitudinal shear failure and the longitudinal slip failure of the composite beam.
