巴拿马矿产资源丰富,但勘查、开发和利用程度较低,具有较大的找矿潜力。近年来,矿业已经成为巴拿马经济增长最迅速的领域。本文通过简述巴拿马主要矿产资源概况,结合巴拿马与矿产资源勘查开发有关的法律法规,阐述巴拿马矿政管理、外商投资政策、矿业权主体、矿业权所有权和使用权、矿业权的取得和期限、矿业权人的权利和义务、矿业权的流转和灭失、矿山环保、土地准入、原住民问题等,归纳总结巴拿马矿产资源勘查开发环境。
Panama has rich mineral resources, hut its degrees of prospecting, exploitation and utilization are low, with large mineral prospecting potentials. In recent years, mining has become the most rapidly developed sector in Panamanian economy.
