摘要
本文介绍了战略性资源锂的特征及其在军工民用,特别是在新能源领域的主要用途,以及锂矿资源储量在全球的分布及其开发利用条件,对锂矿产品的国内外市场供需形势分生产、消费、进出口和价格等几个方面进行了分析,并在此基础上提出了发展我国锂矿工业的政策建议。
This paper introduces the characteristics of lithium, one strategic resource, and its main applications in military and civil fields, especially in the field of new energy, and its global distribution and exploration conditions; and analyzes its supply- demand situations on domestic and international markets in terms of production, consumption, import and export and price, and puts forward policy recommendations on the development of Chinese lithium mine industry.
