摘要
实行法治是社会文明进步的重要标志之一 ,是我国建设社会主义现代化国家的必然要求。政府守法是法治的重心和突破口 ,因而政府要改善守法现状 。
Implementing legal system is one of important symbols for social civilization and progress and necessary reguirement to construct socialist country with modernization.Government observing law is the center and breach of the legal system so governments should improve law-abiding situation and fully promote the process of legal system in China.
