摘要
于2007年8月4~5日、9月24~25日和2008年6月4~5日,在小兴安岭修氏薹草沼泽和油桦—修氏薹草沼泽中,采用静态暗箱—气相色谱法,在晴天观测了CO_2排放通量。研究结果表明,两种沼泽的CO_2排放通量日变化曲线都为单峰型曲线。2007年8月4~5日,修氏薹草沼泽CO_2日排放通量最高值出现在15︰00,2007年9月24~25日和2008年6月4~5日,其最高值出现在12︰00;2007年8月4~5日和2008年6月4~5日,修氏薹草沼泽CO_2日排放通量最低值出现在3︰00,2007年9月24~25日最低值出现在6︰00。2007年8月4~5日和2007年9月24~25日,油桦—修氏薹草沼泽CO_2日排放通量最高值出现在15︰00,2008年6月4~5日最高值出现在12︰00;2007年8月4~5日,油桦—修氏薹草沼泽CO_2日排放通量最低值出现在6︰00,2007年9月24~25日和2008年6月4~5日最低值出现在3︰00。油桦—修氏薹草沼泽的CO_2日排放通量明显高于修氏薹草沼泽。2007年9月24~25日和2008年6月4~5日,修氏薹草沼泽和油桦—修氏薹草沼泽CO_2日排放通量主要受气温和地表温度的影响。0~5 cm深度土壤温度是油桦—修氏薹草沼泽CO_2日排放通量的主要影响因子。
An experiment was conducted to observe the diurnal variation of CO2 fluxes in Carex schmidtii marshes and Betula ovalifolia-Carex schmidtii marshes in Xiaoxing'an Mountains using the static opaque chamber and gas chromatography techniques on August 4-5 of 2007, September 24-25 of 2007, and June 4-5 of 2008. The results showed that the curve of diurnal variation of CO2 fluxes was single peak. The highest CO2 fluxes in Carex schmidtii marshes were appeared at 15 : 00 on August 4-5 of 2007, and appeared at 12 : 00 on September 24-25 of 2007 and June 4-5 of 2008. The lowest CO2 fluxes in Carex schmidtii marshes were ap- peared at 3 : 00 on August 4-5 of 2007 and June 4-5 of 2008, and appeared at 6 : 00 on September 24-25 of 2007. The highest CO2 fluxes in Betula ovalifolia--Carex schmidtii marshes were appeared at 15 : 00 on Au- gust 4-5 of 2007 and September 24-25 of 2007, and appeared at 12 : 00 on June 4-5 of 2008. The lowest CO2 fluxes in Betula ovalifolia--Carex schmidtii marshes were appeared at 6 : 00 on August 4-5 of 2007, and ap- peared at 3 : 00 on September 24-25 of 2007 and June 4-5 of 2008. The diurnal variation CO2 fluxes of Betu- la ovalifolia--Carex schmidtii marshes were higher than those of Carex schmidtii marshes. The diurnal varia- tion of CO2 fluxes were affected by air temperature and surface temperature in Carex schmidtii marshes and Betula ovalifolia-Carex schmidtii marshes on September 24-25 of 2007 and June 4-5 of 2008. The tempera- ture of soils of 0-5 cm depth was the main effect factor on diurnal variation of CO2 fluxes in Betula ovalifolia- Carex schmidtii marshes.
