摘要
目的探讨保妇康栓治疗妊娠期霉菌性阴道炎的疗效。方法选取80例妊娠期霉菌性阴道炎患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,对照组(39例)给予克霉唑栓治疗,观察组(41例)给予保妇康栓治疗,观察并记录两组患者的临床症状消失时间、治疗总有效率及治疗前后的SF-36评分。结果治疗3 d后,观察组患者总有效率为95.1%,明显高于对照组的71.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者外阴阴道瘙痒、灼痛消失时间,阴道分泌物减少或消失时间,阴道充血、糜烂消失时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组SF-36量表各项评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组SF-36评分均明显增加,且观察组在生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛上评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);其余各项评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论保妇康栓对妊娠期霉菌性阴道炎具有较好的治疗效果,起效迅速,能迅速改善霉菌性阴道炎临床症状及生活质量具有较好的临床应用价值。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Baofukang suppository in the treatment of colpomycosis during gestation period. Methods Eighty cases of patients with eolpomycosis during gestation period were chosen and divided into two groups with random number table method. Clotrimazole suppository was used in the control group （39 cases）; while Baofukang suppository was used in the observation group （41 cases）. The symptoms disappearing time, total efficacy and SF-36 scores before and after treatment in the two groups were observed and recorded. Results After 3 days of treatment, the total effective rate was 95.1% in the observation group, which was significantly higher than 71.8% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The vanishing time of vulva pruritus and eausalgia, the time of vaginal secretion reducing or vanishing and the time of vaginal congestion and erosion surface vanishing in the observation group were less than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Before the treatment, there was no statistical significance on SF-36 scores between the two groups （P〈0.05）; after treatment, the SF-36 scores increased in the two groups, and the scores of physiological function, physical function and physical pain in the observation group were higher than those in the control group （P〈0.05）, and the differences of rest item scores had no statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Baofukang suppository has good therapeutic effect in the treatment of colpomycosis during gestation period, which can improve the clinical symptoms of colpomycosis and life quality. It has great clineial application value.
