摘要
二甲双胍作为治疗2型糖尿病的一线用药,因其具有延长寿命的特性,越来越引起人们的关注。然而到目前为止人们对其延长寿命的作用机制仍然不是很清楚。本文主要就二甲双胍对人体的作用机制做一简要综述,并在此基础上,对二甲双胍延缓衰老的作用在眼科的应用前景进行了展望。
·Metformin is a drug commonly prescribed to treat patients with type 2 diabetes, which leads to a burst of interest because of lifespan-extending properties. The key molecular of health - promoting properties as yet remained elusive. In this paper, we make a brief review of mechanisms about how metformin acting on human body, and make a forecast about the application prospect of metformin in the treatment of the aging in ophthalmology.
