摘要
运输空载率高是导致我国物流成本高的重要原因,空载率高表现在无固定返程货源不能一次性配货、配货等待时间较长、司机转运区域较大等,构建基于"互联网+"运输平台是解决空载率高的有效方法。
The high rate of empty loading in transportation is the important reason for the high logistics costs, reflecting the aspects of no fixed return supply of goods, no one-time distribution, long-time waiting and larger transferring area. Therefore, the effective method to solve the problem of high empty loading rate is to build transport platform based on the ＂Intemet＋＂.
