摘要
目的探讨红蓝光联合O.1%阿达帕林凝胶治疗寻常痤疮患者的疗效及安全性。方法选取我院2014年5月~2016年1月寻常痤疮96例,依据建档顺序分组,对照组47例予以O.1%阿达帕林凝胶治疗,研究组49例予以红蓝光联合O.1%阿达帕林凝胶治疗,2组均持续治疗42d。统计对比2组临床治疗效果、皮肤刺激性评分及不良反应总发生情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率91.84%(45/49)高于对照组76.60%(36/47),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良反应总发生率10.20%(5/49)与对照组8.52%(4/47)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组皮肤刺激性评分(1.67±0.89)分低于对照组(2.19±1.23)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论红蓝光联合O.1%阿达帕林凝胶治疗寻常痤疮患者疗效显著,且安全性较高,对其皮肤刺激性较小。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of red and blue light combined with 0.1% adapalene gel in the treatment of acne vulgaris. Methods From May 2014 to January 2016,96 cases of acne vulgaris were divided into control group（n=47） and study group（n=49） according to the order. The control group was given 0.1% adapalene gel treatment,the study group was treated with red and blue light combined with 0.1% adapalene gel,both groups were treated for 42 days. clinical treatment,skin irritation score and the total incidence of adverse reactions were statistically compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the study group 91.84%（45/49） was higher than that of the control group（76.60%,36/47）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the study group（10.20%,5/49） and the control group（8.52%,4/47）（P〉0.05）; The skin irritation score in the study group（1.67 ± 0.89） were lower than those in the control group（2.19 ± 1.23）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Treatment of acne vulgaris using red and blue light combined with 0.1% adapalene gel gets a significant effect,and high safety,its skin irritation is small.
