摘要
目的探讨免煎中药泡足防治原发性肝癌化疗栓塞后患者不良反应的护理方法。方法便利抽样法选择2015年5月至2016年1月在第二军医大学东方肝胆外科医院中西医结合科住院的114例患者为研究对象,按照入院先后将其分为观察组(60例)和对照组(54例),观察组给予自拟中药方(免煎颗粒剂)泡足,对照组给予白开水泡足,观察两组患者化疗栓塞后肝功能、凝血酶原时间及恶心呕吐、疼痛、发热等症状的发生情况。结果两组患者化疗栓塞后,肝功能、凝血酶原时间及恶心呕吐、疼痛的发生情况,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05),而发热的发生情况差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论免煎中药泡足可防治原发性肝癌化疗栓塞后发热症状,同时对肝功能无损害作用,值得在临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the nursing of adverse reaction after transcatheter arterial chemoembolization（TACE）for primary hepatocellular carcinoma on foot bathing with free-frying granules of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）.Methods By convenience sampling,114 cases of primary liver cancer in our department from May 2015 to January 2016 were selected and divided into observation group（n=60）and control group（n=54）according to the sequence of admission to the hospital.The observation group received Chinese herbal prescription（free frying granules）foot bathing,while the control group was treated by boiled water foot bathing.Observed two groups of patients with chemotherapy and embolization of liver function,prothrombin time（PT）,nausea,vomiting,pain and fever.Results After transcatheter arterial chemoembolization,there was no significant difference in liver function,prothrombin time,nausea and vomiting,and pain between the two groups（all P〉0.05）,there was a significant difference in the fever（P〈0.05）.Conclusions The free frying Chinese medicine foot bathing can prevent and cure the fever symptoms of primary liver cancer after chemotherapy and embolism,at the same time,it has no damage to liver function,which is worth for clinical promotion.
