摘要
从我国社会体育指导与管理专业人才培养现状出发,对我国转型发展高校社会体育指导与管理专业本科人才的培养进行了分析,认为转型发展高校要在正确认识"应用型本科人才"培养的基础上,以区域经济社会发展对社会体育人才的需求为着眼点,从确定合理的人才培养目标和专业方向、构建能力导向的课程体系和实践教学体系、改革教学方法和完善教学评价体系、优化师资队伍结构等方面来契合新时期高素质、高水平社会体育专业应用型本科人才的培养.
Based on the current situation of the social sports in Chinese universities, the cultivation of talents of social sports in transforming and developing universities is analyzed. It is pointed out that the application-ori- ented undergraduate talents are the cultivation goal and the needs of the regional economic and social develop- ment is the cultivation direction. It is suggested that the reasonable cultivation objectives and professional direc- tions should be identified, the capacity-oriented curriculum system and practice system should be established, teaching rnethods should be reformed, the course evaluation system should be improved and the faculty structure should be optimized in order to meet the needs of the new era for high-quality and high-level talents of social sports.
