摘要
目的:通过研究浸泡与否及浸泡时间长短对小建中汤有效成分溶出量和得膏率的影响,为医院代煎汤药的浸泡操作标准化、规范化提供数据参考,以保证医院汤剂的质量和临床疗效。方法:将小建中汤分为5组,分别是未浸泡、20 min、40 min、60 min、120 min,为保证实验数据的准确性,每组再设计三组平行试验。使用医院煎药室专用煎药机提取药液,通过得膏率和方剂中代表性成分芍药苷含量两项指标进行评价。结果:小建中汤中不同的浸泡时间所得干膏重量和代表性成分芍药苷的含量。结论:通过单因素方差分析方法,分析得膏率和代表性成分芍药苷的含量数据,表明芍药苷含量在浸泡20分钟、40分钟、60分钟与不浸泡相比没有显著性差异,浸泡120分钟与不浸泡相比有显著性差异。得膏率在不同浸泡时间没有显著性差异。
Objective: Through studying the influence of soaking or not and soaking duration on dissolving-out amount and extract yielding rate of effective ingredients in Xiaojianzhong decoction,to provide the data and references for standardization and regularization of soaking operation in decocting substitutively by hospital,so as to ensure the quality and clinical effect of decoction from hospital. Methods: Xiaojianzhong decoction were divided into five groups,respectively no soaking,soaking for 20 min.,soaking for 40 min.,soaking for 60 min and soaking for120 min. In each group,three sets of parallel experiments were designed,so as to ensure the accuracy of experimental data. The decoction was extracted by special decocting machine of hospital decocting room,and evaluated with two indexes,i. e. extract yielding rate and paeoniflorin content of representative ingredient in prescription.Results: The different dry extract weight and representative ingredient paeoniflorin content of Xiaojianzhong decoctions at different soaking time were obtained. It is best time for 120 min. Conclusion: Through analyzing the data of extract yielding rate and paeoniflorin content of representative ingredient by One-way ANOVA,it shows that the paeoniflorin contents of soaking for 20,40 and 60 min compared with that of no soaking,there is no significant difference. Compared the paeoniflorin content of soaking for 120 min with that of no soaking,there is significant difference. The extract yielding rates at different soaking time have not significant difference.
