摘要
结合实际工程中混凝土边坡浇筑技术的现状,针对其中存在的缺陷,对护坡混凝土浇筑技术进行创新,提出了一种采用侧模自轨式拉模连续快速浇筑成型,其中侧模和面模采用互嵌式滑轨连接,并在面模内设置互挤式囊袋,注水后形成平衡压重,侧模外侧设置可调试斜撑及注水囊袋压重钢板,采用作业平台和抹面平台一体式可折叠面模的施工技术,优化了施工流程,实现了护坡的快速施工,同时保证了施工质量,实现了良好的技术效益。
In this paper, the present situation about concrete pouring technology was discussed. In view of its existing defects, the concrete pouring technology of multi-grade long slope was innovated, proposing a side-mold continuous casting mold. Surface molds were connected with each other to form a balance weight with the face mold, and the balance weight formed after the water injection. The adjustable side brackets and the water injection capsule weight plates were set on the outside of the side molds. The construction technique of the operation and precausions platforms integrated foldable mask was adopted, which optimized the construction process and achieved the rapid construction of protection slope. This technique not only ensured a construction quality, but also obtained a good technical benefit.
