收缩压变异系数对左心结构的影响

摘要 目的研究收缩压变异系数对左心结构的影响。方法选取原发高血压病(EH)患者36例,监测患者24 h动态血压,收缩压变异系数按升序排列均分为变异系数小的A组,和变异系数大的B组,比较两组左房内径(LAD)、左室舒张末内径(LVIDD)、左室舒张末室间隔厚度(IVST)、左室后壁厚度(LVPWT)的差异。结果 A组24 h收缩压变异系数(0.087±0.017),B组24 h收缩压变异系数(0.144±0.035),B组LAD高于A组(P<0.05),两组LVIDD、IVST、LVPWT比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论高血压患者在左心室未出现肥厚时便可出现左房内径增大,且24 h收缩压变异系越大,LAD越大。 Objective To study the influence of systolic blood pressure variation coefficient on left heart structure. Methods 36 patients with primary hypertension( EH) were selected and their ambulatory blood pressure was monitored within 24 hours. They were divided into Group A( low coefficient of variation) and Group B( high coefficient of variation). The LAD,LVIDD,IVST and LVPWT were compared in the two groups. Results The 24 h systolic blood pressure variation coefficient of the Group A was 0. 087 ± 0. 017 and the B group was 0. 144 ± 0. 035. The LAD of the Group B was higher than that of the Group A( P〈0. 05) and the LVIDD,IVST and LVPWT in the two groups had no statistical significance( P〉0. 05). Conclusion when there is no left ventricle hypertrophy for the patients with high blood pressure,the left atrium diameters will increases. The greater the 24 h systolic pressure variation is,the greater the LAD will be.
