摘要
通过进入经济新常态以来FDI对黑龙江省制造业产业内贸易影响的实证分析,得出了外商直接投资对黑龙江省制造业产业内贸易还未具体发挥出正向推动作用的结论。基于此,黑龙江省应在新一轮高水平对外开放中加大力度改善投资环境、引导FDI在黑龙江省制造业发展产业内贸易、提高技术创新能力,以提高制造业外贸竞争力,依托产业内贸易培育制造业新优势。
Through the empirical analysis of FDI's effect on manufacturing trade industry of Heilongjiang Province in the new norm,it comes to the conclusion that the foreign direct investment of Heilongjiang Province's manufacturing industry has not played a positive role in promoting the intra industry trade. Based on this,Heilongjiang Pprovince should increase efforts in opening a new round of high- level investment environment,to guide the FDI to help Heilongjiang develop intra industry trade,enhance the ability of technological innovation in manufacturing industry,in order to improve the foreign trade competitiveness of the manufacturing industry,cultivate the new advantages of manufacturing industry.
