摘要
石油作为最重要的战略资源之一,是世界各国争夺的焦点。中东地区始终是世界石油供应的中心,美国的中东石油战略有力支撑了美国霸权地位的确立和维持。中国的快速崛起及俄罗斯能源外交的强势姿态,对美国的中东石油战略的稳定构成了重大挑战。为了维持其对世界原油市场的控制力,美国对其中东石油战略进行了相应调整。中国应该在国际石油生产、贸易和治理体系建设等方面积极作为,打破美国的石油霸权,维护国家能源安全,推动建立更加公平、公正、合理的国际能源新秩序。
As one of the most important strategic resources, petroleum is the focus of the world＇s competition. The middle east area has always been the center of the world＇s oil supply, and the Middle East Oil Strategy of the United States has strongly supported the establishment and maintenance of US hegemony. Both China＇s rapid rise and Russia＇s strong gesture of energy diplomacy posed great challenges against the stability of US Middle East Oil Strategy. In order to maintain its control of the world crude oil market, the United States has adjusted its Middle East Oil Strategy. China should actively act in the fields of international oil production, trade and governance system construction, to break US oil hegemony, safeguard national energy security, and promote the establishment of a new international energy order, more fair, just and reasonable.
