摘要
高校治理体系现代化是当前我国高等教育发展的新命题,关系到我国高等教育现代化进程和高教强国战略目标的实现。高校治理体系是一个有机整体,包括价值、制度、行为、主体和内容等诸多要素。文章认为,高校治理体系现代化构建要遵循整体性、适应性和开放性三项原则,以高效治理、民主治理、依法治理及促进民生改善为目标导向,并从理念、法制、机制、主体和方式等维度提出了高校治理体系现代化的主要路径。
The modernization of university governance system is a new proposition of the developmentof higher education in China, which relates to the modernization process of higher education and therealization of strategic goal of strengthening our country through higher education. University governancesystem includes the value, system, behavior, the main body and content as well as many other factors. Themodernization of system is the important guarantee of the governance capacity modernization. The articleholds that the construction of modernization of university governance system should follow three principles：integrity, adaptability and openness. Besides, it takes high efficient governance, democratic governance andgovernance according to the law as well as the improvement of people＇s livelihood as goal orientation. Basedon this, the article puts forward the main path of modernization of university governance system fromfollowing dimensions, that is, the concept, legal system, mechanism, the main body and the way.
