中国老年髋部骨折患者麻醉及围术期管理指导意见 被引量：211

摘要 髋部骨折是老年患者常见的外伤性疾病。该类患者常伴发多种并存疾病和合并症,麻醉及围术期管理不当,术后并发症和死亡率显著增加。本指导意见根据相关文献、专家共识和指南制定,提出改善患者转归的若干建议,包括手术时机选择、术前评估和准备、深静脉血栓形成的预防、麻醉和镇痛方案选择、术中呼吸循环管理以及术后康复计划等方面,以加强该类患者的围术期管理。
