摘要
为了有效分离生活垃圾破碎物料中的重质成分,提出一种结合振动与风力分选相结合的分选设备.为了对该振动风选机进行工程设计,需要对激振元件和隔振元件进行优化选型.本文通过离散元和计算流体力学方法对振动风选的过程进行耦合仿真,从而得出了振动风选机的合理工作参数.
In order to effectively separate the heavy components from the crushed material of domestic waste, asorting equipment combining vibration and wind separation is presented. In order to carry out the engineering de-sign for this vibration wind picking machine, it is necessary to make the optimized selection of the vibration ele-ment and the vibration isolation component. In this paper, the coupled vibration simulation is conducted bymeans of the discrete element method and computational fluid mechanics method, and the reasonable workingparameters of vibration wind picking machine are obtained.
