摘要
目的:分析国家卫生计生委临床检验中心室间质量评价(EQA)内分泌项目结果,评价实验室检测能力,以提高实验室检测质量。方法:采用传统室间质量评价、Z比分数和六西格玛评价方法,分析2013-2015年国家卫生计生委临床检验中心室间质量评价内分泌项目结果。结果:2013-2015年共参加国家卫生计生委临床检验中心内分泌室间质评5次,共计350个检测结果。所有项目能力验证(PT)平均分均>80分,偏倚统计分析显示C肽(CP)项目偏差较大;Z比分数评价各项目满意率均>80%;六西格玛分析除2014年CP检测项目方法性能较差,其他项目方法性能均较好。结论:通过不同评价方法分析国家卫生计生委临床检验中心室间质量评价结果,可从不同角度评价实验室检测能力,有助于完善实验室质量管理。
Objective： To evaluate the detection capabilities and improve the detection quality by analyzing the data of endocrine programs from external quality assessment of National Center of Clinical Laboratories（NCCL）. Methods： The data of endocrine from external quality assessment of NCCL during 2013 to 2015 were analyzed by traditional external quality assessment, Z-score and 6 sigma method. Results： There were 350 testing results in 5 external quality assessments of NCCL from 2013 to 2015. The average PT scores of all programs were 80; the bias of CP was larger than the other programs in bias analysis; the satisfaction rates of all programs were 80% by Z-score. All of performances of test programs were good except CP in 2014 year as 6 sigma analysis. Conclusion： To analyze the data of external quality assessment of NCCL through different evaluation methods not only can evaluate the detectability for laboratory from different perspectives, but also can contribute to improve quality control for laboratory.
