摘要
纳氏试剂分光光度法因具有操作简单、反应灵敏、快速等特点,而成为普遍使用的经典分析方法,但分析过程易受到各种因素的影响。本文主要从实验用水、滤纸、显色温度等几个影响因素进行了分析。
Ammonia nitrogen in aqua is commonly measured with Nessler's Reagent by Spectrophotometry which is a classical method for its easy-operation, sensitive-response,and rapid-response.However,the process of analysis is apt to be interferced. This paper mainly discusses some influence factors which are experimental water, paper of filtering, time of color developing, and so on.
