摘要
目的探讨在慢性盆腔炎的治疗中使用金刚藤胶囊的治疗效果。方法选取2014年3月至2016年3月我院收治的180例慢性盆腔炎患者,按照住院顺序分为试验组和对照组,每组90例。对照组患者给予妇科千金片治疗,试验组患者给予金刚藤胶囊治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果和不良反应发生率。结果试验组患者的治疗总有效率为96.67%(87/90),明显高于照组的87.78%(79/90),组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者的不良反应总发生率为4.44%(4/90),明显低于对照组的13.33%(12/90),组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论金刚藤胶囊治疗慢性盆腔炎临床效果较好,不良反应发生率较低,值得在临床上推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of beck greenbrier rhizome capsule in the treatment of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory. Methods One hundred and eighty eases of chronic pelvic inflammatory patients in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2016 were selected and divided into experimental group and control group according to hospitalization order, with 90 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with Fuke Qianjin tablets, while the experimental group was treated with beck greenbrier rhizome capsule, the clinical effective rate and adverse reaction rate in the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.67% （87/ 90）, which was significantly higher than 87.78% （79/90） of the control group, the difference between groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The adverse reaction rate of the experimental group was 4.44% （4/90）, which was significantly lower than 13.33% （12/90） of the control group, the difference between groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of beck greenbrier rhizome capsule in the treatment of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory was better, which has lower adverse reactions. It is worthy of clinical application.
