人力资源调配在缓解急诊科拥挤中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨人力资源调配在缓解急诊科拥挤现象中的应用效果。方法:回顾调查分析2015年第一季度、第二季度某院急诊患者就诊资料,按就诊时间段、数量统计分析,分别对人力资源调整前后急诊患者、医生、护士进行满意度调查。结果:急诊高峰时段是10∶00~12∶00、18∶00~22∶00,实施人力资源调配后,患者总体满意度高于实施前(P<0.05),护士总体满意度高于实施前(P<0.05),医生总体满意度高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论:加强急诊高峰时段的值班人员力量即急诊加强班,修改急诊拥挤应急预案,根据急诊患者就诊分布情况,调整急诊科医护人员排班,能明显提高患者及医护人员满意度,缓解急诊科拥挤现象。
